Meet The Chefs

Chef Clint Walker, a Northern Kentucky native and veteran of the culinary scene in Cincinnati. Chef Walker has experience working in the kitchens of Jeff Ruby Steakhouse, The Precinct, and many more. Chef Walker prides himself on learning all aspects of food and cooking in locations across the globe. Living and working "out of the box" is Chef Walker's style.

Chef Mathew Polanka's passion for cooking began as a child in his hometown of Oxford, Ohio, where he grew up cooking with his father. Chef Polanka worked in fine dining across the Cincinnati area at places like Boca and Sotto and most recently was the Executive Chef of Domo.
